BlerDCon is a 24-hour convention and our rally is open for the entirety of the conference. While we do not REQUIRE our Food Truck vendors to be open for 24 hours it is requested that you stay open as long as your man power allows. Our participants from previous years have learned that we have hungry patrons all day and all night. We will be giving priority acceptance to Food Trucks that can commit to being open for long hours.
We have received lots of inquiries about our 2024 Food Truck Rally and are expecting to sell out of spaces well before the event. The application process will include the requirement of successfully completing your Temporary Food Establishment Application.
The fee for our 2024 event is $800 per food truck.
BlerDCon will provide:
- Space for your food truck and/or a 10×10 pop up tent
- 5 complimentary Blerdcon attendee badges
- Trash Receptacles and Trash Pick Up
- Online advertisement
Please note: We do not provide electricity. You will be responsible for furnishing generators to power your vehicle for the duration of the convention
Contract
To vend at BlerdCon, you must agree to the rules and terms in writing. A contract for all Food Truck participants must be signed at check-in.
Refunds
Food Truck spaces are not refundable but are transferable.
The application will remain open through June 1st.
We will begin sending acceptances on March 12, 2023. Payment for all accepted trucks will be due 15 days from the date of acceptance.
